Terms of service

The Maureen Digital website (maureen.digital) and the services offered through it are provided by DETE TECNOLOGIA S.R.L., a Costa Rican company. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean DETE TECNOLOGIA S.R.L. trading as Maureen Digital.

You may use this website to learn about our services, read case studies, and contact us. You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or scrape content at scale
• Submit forms with false identifying information
• Use automated tooling to spam our forms or our team
• Reproduce our content (case studies, copy, images) outside fair-use citation without written permission

When you sign a service contract with us, that contract -- not this page -- governs the engagement. The standard terms include:

• 12-month minimum engagement, with a 3-month performance review built in
• Flat monthly fee, paid in advance, in USD
• Costa Rica VAT (IVA, 13%) applied where required
• You retain ownership of all software accounts (HubSpot, Zapier, ad platforms) and data we configure on your behalf
• We retain ownership of our own internal tooling and methodology, but everything we build inside your accounts is yours

Full terms ship in your service agreement before any engagement starts.

The website and its content are provided "as is". We work hard to keep facts and case-study numbers accurate, but we don't warrant that everything is current or error-free. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the website -- not from a signed service contract -- is limited to the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the fees you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by Costa Rican law. Any dispute arising from your use of the website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Jose, Costa Rica. Service-contract disputes follow the dispute-resolution clause in your specific agreement.
